This 90 minute class explores the cornerstone of Mindfulness: the body scan meditation, which brings a new awareness into the body. This is followed by guided massage techniques you can safely do to relax your face, scalp, neck, and shoulders. Employees will learn how to take a healthy break with these rejuvenating techniques that increase focus, decrease stress, and reduce injury or illness.

In this interactive 90 minute class, we will discuss stress management techniques, explore mindful breathing, and participate in gentle movement.
