Daily Journey:
Day 1 – Arrival: Set the Tone, Light the Fire
From the moment you land, everything is handled. Your private driver will be waiting at the airport, tracking your flight and ready to greet you with ease. On the way to the resort, you can stop at a local market for fresh snacks and water, settling effortlessly into the rhythm of El Salvador.
When you arrive at Mizata, the ocean breeze and crashing waves wrap around you like a warm welcome. This is the moment you exhale… you’ve arrived. A chef-prepared dinner with options for all allergies and dietary needs awaits, nourishing you after your travels. Later, we’ll come together for a grounding welcome gathering, setting intentions and opening the door to the transformation ahead.
Day 2 – Awaken the Fire Within
Today, we ascend Santa Ana Volcano, a living force of strength and transformation. Step by step, you’ll push past limits, fueled by the fire beneath your feet and the power rising within you. At the summit, the world opens wide. This is rebellion with intention… you are choosing to stop feeding what drains you and to ignite clarity, boundaries, and presence.
You’ll leave this mountain exhilarated and grounded, ready to channel your energy with confidence, charisma, and unstoppable power.
This 6–7 hour excursion is balanced with plenty of afternoon relaxation time to unwind and integrate the day’s experience.
Day 3 – Honor Your Past, Rewrite Your Future
Today’s 8-hour journey takes us deep into ancient Mayan ruins, where history, resilience, and renewal intertwine. Among these sacred stones, you’ll reflect on the stories you’ve carried, honoring the strength that shaped you while releasing the beliefs that no longer serve.
We begin with a grounding teaching and meditation, using neuroscience-backed techniques to rewire your mind for clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom. A to-go lunch from the resort will be provided as we spend the day immersed in centuries of history, guided by reflection practices designed to break old patterns and open new pathways forward. Back at the resort, a traditional Mayan shamanic blessing led by a local medicine woman seals the day—a powerful ritual of release and renewal.
Day 4 – Healing Through Nature
Today’s 6 hour adventure takes us to the hidden Tamanique waterfalls, where courage and play meet the power of nature. As we hike down, we’ll begin with a mindful scavenger hunt and sensory meditation, opening awareness and presence with every step.
The theme of the day is bravery—facing fear, guilt, and shame with compassion to unlock deeper courage. Drawing on Jessica’s training with Brené Brown, you’ll explore what it means to live and lead with courage while swimming in sacred jungle pools and reconnecting with the joy of play.
The afternoon is yours to relax and integrate. Schedule a massage, book a surf lesson, unwind by the ocean, or indulge at the spa. This is where self-care becomes wild, exhilarating, and deeply replenishing.
Day 5 – Exploring New Horizons
Our final full day is about curiosity, beginner’s mind, and embracing the unknown. We’ll journey along the famous Ruta de Flores, exploring vibrant colonial towns, connecting with local artisans, and soaking in the festive spirit of El Salvador.
In the afternoon, we’ll unwind at the Santa Teresa Hot Springs, volcanic thermal waters rich in minerals that soothe muscles, improve circulation, calm the nervous system, and leave you deeply restored.
Back at the resort, a powerful sound healing ceremony helps you integrate the week’s growth on a deep, embodied level. We’ll close the evening with a celebratory group dinner, filled with reflection, laughter, and meaningful connection.

Day 6 – Depart with a Warm Heart

Yes, a valid passport is required unless you are an El Salvadorian citizen. Your passport must not expire for at least six months before your arrival date in El Salvador, as per entry regulations.
So, be sure to check your passport and make sure! You do not need a travel visa from the United States. If you are traveling from a country that is not the USA, please do your research to see if you need a visa.
