Jessica is the founder and CEO of Pure Life Therapy, established in 1999 as a massage therapy practice and now a global wellness brand. With over 25 years of experience in holistic health and a dynamic career in the music industry, she’s helped some of the world’s top performers and professionals regulate stress, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim their spark.

Starting as a backstage massage therapist in 2000, Jessica has worked on major tours including Pink, One Direction, and Nickelback, giving her an insider’s understanding of the intense pressures that come with life on the road.
