The Rock ’n’ Roll Healer Behind the Micromoment Revolution
Jessica is the founder and CEO of Pure Life Therapy, established in 1999 as a massage therapy practice and now a global wellness brand. With over 25 years of experience in holistic health and a dynamic career in the music industry, she’s helped some of the world’s top performers and professionals regulate stress, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim their spark.
Starting as a backstage massage therapist in 2000, Jessica has worked on major tours including Pink, One Direction, and Nickelback, giving her an insider’s understanding of the intense pressures that come with life on the road. Over the years, she’s seen one truth again and again: stress management has to happen in real time—not just in the rare moments between shows or after burnout hits.
That’s why she created the MicroMoments Unplugged, a practical and neuroscience backed system designed for busy, high performing individuals who need quick, effective ways to reset on the go.
