Heal While You Sleep: Teaching and Guided Meditation for Immune Support

You can now experience Jessica’s immersive live healing meditations from wherever you are simply by joining through the Insight Timer app.

This deeply restorative session combines calming breathwork, healing visualization, and science based relaxation techniques to help guide your body into a profound state of rest, repair, and nervous system regulation while you sleep. Together, we’ll visualize the healing of the body from the inside out supporting your cells, muscles, joints, tendons, organs, and immune system as the body naturally restores itself through deep sleep.

Through guided imagery and soothing affirmations, you’ll create an internal environment that encourages recovery, resilience, and full-body rejuvenation. This is more than a sleep meditation, it is an intentional healing experience designed to help you quiet the mind, release physical tension, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom to heal.

Why is this important? Because sleep is one of the most powerful healing states the body can enter. During deep rest, the immune system strengthens, tissues repair, hormones rebalance, and the nervous system recalibrates from the stress of daily life. By participating in this meditation, you are actively supporting your health, emotional well-being, and long term resilience.

We’ll begin with a short teaching on the science behind meditation, stress reduction, and the body’s natural healing response. After about 15 minutes, the guided meditation will begin and continue for approximately 30 minutes. The final portion of the session is reserved for gentle reflection and questions, though if you’re already drifting into deep relaxation (yay), you’ll be guided to simply turn off your device and settle into a healing night of rest.

  • Search for and subscribe to Jessica’s page (you can click the button below for easy access)

  • On the day of the event, open the Live Events section at the scheduled time

  • Settle into a quiet, comfortable space and get ready to relax, heal, and drift into deep, restorative sleep
