  • Alexia from San Salvador, Ecuador:

This was definitely one of the best programs I have participated in a long time. I have learned to modulate my stress levels substantially. Jessica was very thorough, detailed and just a joy to learn from. Her explanations and active practices were very well documented and educational. I highly recommend this program to anyone who seeks a more serene life experience and the tools to achieve this.

  • Shane from Kelowna, British Colombia:

Learning about the body scan technique has truly brought more awareness and mindfulness into my daily life - I continue to do this each day and it reminds me to slow down and connect with myself and surroundings. It has created an opportunity for me to be still and alert all at the same time while washing away stress. The course has also brought my attention to the importance of grounding myself to the earth each day - something I do at each opportunity.

  • Heidi from Freudenberg, Cape Town:

My experience with Jessica through the MBSR Program was phenomenal, I learnt that it is ok to do just what you can manage and to feel ok within myself accepting that. The Mindfulness Eating Meditation really blew my mind, this has made me so much more conscious when I am eating a meal to really savor each bite and this also slows down the eating process and you only eat what is needed and not over eating. The listening practice during the break-out rooms have made me actively listen more and not always trying to ask questions, I catch myself when I do this and then stop to listen. I thoroughly enjoyed her classes and the way one always felt free and at the same time there was complete structure to each lesson and for the homework as well. Jessica, THANK YOU for this amazing experience. I highly recommend Jessica's course.

  • Jo from Bangalore, India:

I am loving every bit of the learning that I get to experience on a daily basis. I have become much more cognizant of the moment and get to refocus when I drift. Through the body scan, I can now feel the discomfort localized in the area and learnt to be with it, get to address it and move on. I am more mindful of my breath and get to take more deep and meaningful breaths. Being on autopilot most of my life, I have begun to notice my movements and get to acknowledge my body, especially my legs and the breath that goes alongside. Being mindful and present at every step, helps me come back to the present. Guess, I do not think so much about the past or the present anymore.
